Understand the Interviewer & Chill

When giving an interview, hoping you did all too well and you are going to make it, you cannot be completely sure which way the ball rolls until the interviewer tells you how it has actually rolled!
There are instances when the candidate gets to know the result right then and there. But it is not a standard, and hardly the practice.
Then there are times when a candidate has been told that he is selected, and he should get a call soon, but doesn’t. It is all part of the process, and no point in holding any grudges.

Gayle Laakmann McDowell talks about the Interview process at Google in this article, but it is extendible to other companies as well and profiles other than a Software Engineering too.
It clears a conceptions/mis-conceptions about what a candidate feels has happened, and shows the recruiters view of things too.

  • Follow up with the recruiter for results.
  • If you don’t hear from them for a few days, it’s nothing personal, probably they got busy with something else.

Hello there! I know this is kind of off topic but I was
wondering if you knew where I could locate a captcha plugin
for my comment form? I’m using the same blog platform as yours and I’m having problems finding
    one? Thanks a lot!

Link exchange is nothing else but it is only placing the other person’s web site link on your page at suitable place and other person will also do same
    in favor of you.
